“Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...

“Very difficult to find the place. It is not a hotel, the address is incorrect, and unless you call the owner there is no signage or anything to indicate where to go. Every time I called the hotel I got a different person with different information and instructions. Very poor communications and lots of confusion. The apartment, on the other hand, is excellent. Very well equipped and furnished.”
