The Apartments are well equipped and comfortable, the only difficulty was not knowing where to find them as the taxi took me to the Holiday Inn. A heads up would have been nice to follow the signs but eventually we saw and followed the signs to the elevator and checked in early (thanks greatly). Comfortable bed and bedding, great A/C, functional kitchen, and breakfast down a floor at the Holiday Inn, and it was superior. Not your usual crap breakfast with premade egg scabs and lender bagels, but a huge buffet with eggs cooked for you and multiple dishes to fit various cultures. A real treat. The location is great, very upscale area with convenient shopping and restaurants. Yandex go (central asias uber) will pick you up and deliver you to wherever you want to go for a few dollars worth of Som in front of the Holiday Inn and there are ATMs everywhere. Tashkent is a beautiful, interesting city and I had a great time exploring and coming back to my comfortable apartment.

Rooms spacious and very clean. Location is excellent with plenty of amenities and transport to hand. The breakfast is served at the adjoining Holiday Inn and is of a very high standard. All in all an excellent stay and I hope to return soon!

Clean room and comfy bed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked an airport pick up through the hotel which worked very smoothly. Breakfast is offered at the Holiday Inn which was delicious. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tashkent.

This is a lovely little hotel right next to a family friendly park that is lively and fun at night. Very easy to pick up cabs around the corner. Very good breakfast. Overall, an excellent hotel for its price point.

Nice location. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Comfortable rooms. May be difficult, however, for guests with a lot of luggage and families with small children as there is ostensibly no access to the front of the property for taxis. Otherwise, good value for money and excellent location.

The location is great and room is clean and nice, but the staff has more to be desired of. Others are good, but one particular boy, you would know who if you ever been there, was very unpleasant. He was kissing from the reception desk for 15 minutes to begin with, and marginally rude throughout the interaction. No luggage storage or proper lobby. I would pay the same price and stay at a real hotel or more to stay at holiday Inn next time.

Such a hiding Gem Boutique Hotel in Tashkent . Superb service and cleanness , Specially Big thanks to the BILOL and front desk girls. My mam and my son trilled with they professional approach of service. Only breakfast in room service staff members too cold and unwelcome . Excellent option in a modern area of Tashkent

The apart hotel is excellent for a long-ish stay. The staff are super helpful and though cara cannot drive all the way to the door, they come get you around the corner and help with your bags. They’re super attentive and friendly (they even wished me happy birthday though I didn’t say anything!). The room was very big and modern, great facilities and space. We couldn’t have sled for more and would highly recommend! We weren’t expecting the breakfast to be included and they bring it to your room. It was very tasty. Photo below.

I have stayed at the Istaravshan a couple of times before. The advantage of the Hotels.com platform compared with a leading competitor is that you can carry out a secure money transfer in advance. The bank that the Istaravshan uses does not interact well with foreign credit and debit cards. There was limited choice on Hotels.com when I booked, but I was able to get a free upgrade to a city view apartment (which is much nicer) when I found myself somewhere that was less nice than what I've had in the past. The main difference between standard and superior apartments is a large terrace, mainly of interest when it's hot. Otherwise the facilities (large comfortable bed, dining table, kitchen with hob and washing machine as well as microwave, quality bathroom) are similar. The breakfast at Holiday Inn is generous and convenient, and now that Tashkent City Park is finished, the setting is attractive and the metro just two minutes away. The area outside the hotel is pedestrianised, but you can order cabs to the entrance of the Holiday Inn about 150 metres away. The staff speak good English (and Russian) and are helpful if you need something. There is a daily clean, bedmaking and fresh towels, all to an impeccable level. A Korzinka supermarket across Tashkent City Park is convenient if you are self-catering, or the incredible Chorsu Bazaar, with food stalls and an entire building for traditional food, is just 20 minutes' walk away.
