“The hotel to me had a great feeling and the staff were professional and friendly. Parking was excellent. And location toward Westbourne was much better in my opinion as easy access to shops and lovely walk down The Avenue to front etc. lovely period side of the area. The hotel is a little dated and reflects a similar interior to other more traditional seaside hotels. Yes it needs some fresh sealant on baths and perhaps the squeaky floor boards need some work but the overall feel outweighed those...

“FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊”
