“Staff are outstanding , from checking in, evening meal and Amanda at breakfast, we loved the attentiveness and how friendly everyone was. We were in room 5, it was spotless, comfortable bed, good nights sleep , homemade cookies in a wee jar, soft towels , warm shower, fluffy towels . Wishing we were there longer - but will definitely return. ”

“Beautiful, cosy 14th century inn with rooms. Picture postcard perfect and in a great location for walks and a short drive to Tisbury High Street. Food in the pub was excellent as was choice of drinks. Plenty of car parking right opposite”

“A last minute booking but we weren't disappointed. Tastefully decorated, clean bedroom, spacious bathroom. No onesite parking but there is a carpark right across the road. ”

“Very nice stay. Friendly place, people and a good breakfast. Higly recomended!”

“We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas.”

“Delightful pub with excellent accommodation. Cosy or elegant indoor dining areas and extensive outside seating area. Imaginative and tasty menu. Rooms very nicely appointed with lovely additional touches (fresh milk in a flask; home baked cookies; tea and coffee with cafetiere). Hindon is a picturesque village with charming cottages and discernable outlines of the many coaching inns once there (of which the Grosvenor Arms is one). Plenty to do in the surrounding countryside. “A very enjoyable stay, the room was beautifuly decorated with plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had a meal in the restaurant first evening which was very enjoyable. Great outdoor and indoor space to have a drink. Poole is a lovely area and we thought this hotel was very good value.”
