“My partner and me stayed during the first horrible heatwave in June, to get some respite in the AC that was featured in the amenities of the property. Not only was there AC in the room, but also in the pub/restaurant area! It was absolutely delightful - we struggled leaving! The staff were so friendly and attentive; nothing was too much trouble. We were given a flask of fresh milk to have with tea/coffee in the room, and some freshly baked cookies. I couldn’t get the shower to cool down, this...

“The room we stayed in needs a good clean and renovating. It was dirty in many places and you could see daylight around the edge of the door. Outside our room was someone’s drawers with their personal belongings in. They’d been there most of the day. We got woken up really early with staff chatting outside. All round not a very good stay at all. Great location though.”
