Felt safe. Microwaveable cups for morning tea would've been nice. Parking was easy. Grounds were pretty. Restaurant was very delicious-Indian food. Wish personnel had known more about the gym equipment so I could've used the gym. We would stay there again.

The motor lodge style hotel has been recently renovated with nice new finishes. The beds were comfortable - a bit high off the ground. We had dinner in the Lodge bar and restaurant - delicious Indian food prepared by a female Indian chef. The chutneys were amazing! We arrived a bit late - the restaurant was closing in about. 20 minutes. The staff was so friendly and accommodating- we didn't feel rushed. Nice selection of ales on tap and wine. This was a great stay for the price - highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Taos Valley Lodge! We got to bring our dog with us and the room was super clean! I was so impressed with how nice the room was honestly! I couldn’t recommend this place more, especially for the price point :)

My room was a good size and had all of the amenities I needed (refrigerator and microwave). However, there were a few areas that reflected a need for updating. Overall, I thought the room was a good deal for the price and it was located near supermarkets and the plaza. I look forward to returning to the TVL in the not-too-distant future.

So this place was hard to rate. The lobby and front were very nice. The room was older and a bit run down but clean. We were in the back of the building and there was a large party in the parking lot. It appeared to be a family reunion or something like that, that was part of the hotel owners family. Lots of people but they were respectful. And they quieted down after 10 pm. We did have to ask for hand towels and wash cloths. The person did not seem to know what we were asking for and sent hand towel and bath towel, even after repeating what we asked for back to us. We still liked the place and especially the guest laundry. And we slept well.

Great hotel and great value! The rooms were very nice. We had a fridge, microwave, and keurig. The beds were very comfy. We liked the espresso bar attached to the lobby, which is a coffee shop during the day and restaurant and bar at night. The food there was great!

Everything was pretty much as expected - room was nice, location was good. The hotel has a coffee shop and restaurant, which seem nice, but otherwise it's a pretty basic hotel. The room had two nice queen beds, plenty of space for all three of us. The bathroom is pretty small, the floors could use a good scrub, but nothing really to complain about. The staff were super helpful and nice. The hotel was definitely quiet and there were a few families around.

The lodge has been refurbished recently, and the still large rooms are comfortable, with great hot water and pressure and plenty of it. The bathrooms could still use a bit of work (grout work and lighting), though. Soft beds, good linens. No coffee in the rooms but lodge guests get a discount at the new coffee bar. We didn't use the new bar, but happy hour specials are promoted.
