I booked 2 king rooms. When we got to the hotel, the clerk said they only had 1 king room. He put the couple traveling with us in a queen suite. I think they mismanaged my reservation. Will not stay there again!

The outside was clean, breakfast should have been just coffee and the room had trash in the dresser drawers toilet seat was not secure. The toilet paper holder was broke, and the door to the room would not lock your experience was just not worth the money.

Got booked in tired after long day apparently the clerks didn’t do things right and twice I had people yrying to get in my room the room was dirty I immediately started sneezing and the bath room wall across from commmode had what looked like mop dry alive the bottom 6 to 10 “ will not stay at super 8 again and I’m surprised Wyndym has their name associated with them

The room was run down and the tv was horrible. The music was so loud and the voices were so low you couldnt watch TV. You could hear them walking the floor above you. Staff was mot very friendly.

The room was not very clean upon first visit, no toilet paper in room, the room door did not close very well. Had to push hard to get the door to latch. The tub did not drain and when the toilet was flushed it backed up into the tub. Tring to have some good faith so We Agreed to be moved to another room instead of money back and leaving. Big mistake, only nice was that room was an upgrade. Unfortunately, the floor had not been swept clean, not enough towels and no one came to replace dirty towels with clean ones, trash was not removed or new trash bags placed. We will not stay here again or recommend anyone stay here.

It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was adequate but there was no eggs, potatoes or meat. Overall it was reasonable for the area.

Good overall stay for a good price.

We were closest to the breakfast and check in area, so it was a little noisy. The breakfast area was freezing! We suggest to put a few chairs and tables outside to sit. Overall a good stay for just the one night. Bed was very comfortable and clean.

This place could use a bulldozer. Nice location. Cheapest hotel in a high-priced market, otherwise it would be out of business.

The interior of the building was clean and bathroom, paint, floors and furniture were recently updated. There were no nightstands or coffee makers in room. The exterior needs painting and was not very welcoming. It was a comfortable stay overall.
