Hotel La Fonda de Taos is a super charming adobe style Hotel right in the center of the Town Plaza. It's beautiful and very cozy with much style. It's super convenient location makes it easy to walk to many boutiques and restaurants. We enjoyed the super friendly staff and cute, cozy rooms. We highly recommend this Hotel.

The convenience of being right on the plaza, everybody being so nice and friendly and helpful. And I loved the room having a little kitchenette, with a microwave sink and a bigger refrigerator. Also loved that there are only 25 rooms, so they take very good care of you

The room was clean, the property is old but the most important thing was it was very clean and well maintained. The room was quaint and in line with what I was expecting. The sitting areas were very nice and comfortable. It was relaxing to sit by the fire place in the evening.

Opened in 1820 so it has a few repairs in progress. The location is excellent and the staff was wonderful. As one who loves historic buildings it was wonderful.

For the central location in the Taos plaza, this was a good deal for the money. There aren't any frills and the room was on the smaller side. The location is perfect for walking and seeing much of what Taos has to offer.

Great location, thin walls though. Very clean. Enjoyed our fireplace in the room. No breakfast, or continental breakfast Had to be careful coming out of the bathroom since there was a step down, so we had to leave a light on in bathroom in the evenings

Enjoyed our 1 night stay here in this cute historic hotel right on the plaza. We were greeted by Sheldon, a very nice man at the front desk The rooms were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was pretty small, but that's normal for such an old hotel. There's a step up into the bathroom, which was weird, so you have to remember that in the middle of the night if you get up to go to the bathroom. Great little coffee shop in the front lobby and close to restaurants and shops. Overall, a great stay!

It was a lovely location on the plaza. The bedding could be improved. The room we was like a suite and had Murphy bed which would be convenient for four people. Great coffee shop downstairs.
