Vacations Close To Surf 'N Fun Water Park

Our first night there 7/19 we were referred by our jet blue representative as our flight was canceled. We get there at 1:30 am. We’re exhausted and the gentleman at the desk was very rude! He had no empathy to our situation but we needed the room. The elevator is super small, maybe fits 4 ppl, it was wet and gross. The room was small. The bathroom vanity was outside the bathroom, We didn’t have a microwave and The room cleanliness was poor. The only thing that was good in this hotel was the pool and the restaurant downstairs. The next day, the cleaning lady was very very polite and offered us clean towels and extra toiletries. We did notice her bucket water was black and her mop was very dirty, which would explain the mildew smell in the rooms. Overall, we stayed bc we were already there and how close it was to the airport. Otherwise, this hotel is trash

Was pleasantly surprised with my stay! Google had some lower reviews, but right from the start we were met with great staff, Chris and this bartender lady that I can’t remember her name but she made an amazing welcome shot! They offered beach towels daily, recommended places to eat and beaches, and asked us about our day everyday! We had the larger room, I would definitely stay here again, and I don’t say that often! The pizza and wings at the hotel were really good also!! Little things like parking is a little rough, but doable! There was no latch lock on the door to the room to feel extra secure at night, and you definitely could hear people walking up the steps at night (weekends more so). There are some people who like to ask for money out in front of this hotel at night.

Hotel was in a great location and the restaurant , views and room was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel

The apartment was perfect. Was very clean. Magaly went out of her way to give a special treatment on our 50th anniversary. I definitely would come back and stay at the Guest house. Again.
