Breakfast lacked variety and was almost the same every day.
The only highlight was two members of the breakfast staff, especially a Hispanic lady who was very kind and...

“It looks like they tried to go the absolute cheapest route to "update" this hotel. No one ever answered the desk phone but would send an automated text while it was still ringing that also offered to help but was in fact useless. The deadbolt didn't work on the door & when asked to switch rooms the lady at the desk said oh well that the slide bar would be enough & that it wasnt her job to "fix things". She said something to the same effect when we couldn't get the TV to work. There was a huge...
