“Room was small . no wardrobe space. Bathroom only had a shower and everything was cramped. Access to the room was up a very difficult staircase. Staff were amenable. Food was o.k”

“Have stayed at here a few times. Good location and if you want to use public transport, there's a bus stop right outside. You don't need to venture very far for a good meal (downstairs!) and breakfast served is made to order. This is our go to place to stay for convenience for access to beach, buses to Swanage and nice walks!”
