“The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). “Lovely old coaching inn, well located for visiting the theatre at Kilworth. Delightfully wonky floors but pleasant, spacious rooms and a fan provided for the rather warm evenings. Delicious and plentiful breakfast with lots of choice.”

“I found the staff wonderful. They were very helpful and accommodating. I had issues with my sink ( my own fault ) and they came within minutes to sort it. I had a great bunch of coffee and tea in the room which was very helpful as I love a good coffee. The room was very clean. You could hear things as it’s a pub but I slept great still.
