Vacations Close To Stratton's Independence Mine and Mill

Hotel was nice and staff was very accommodating and helpful given the impossible situation that they were put in, but the AC was out in our room (and many of the rooms). It seemed that this was known but not communicated to customers upon check-in on a week of 90+ degree days. We ended up having to go to another hotel after one night. Half of our first night was comped, which was appreciated, but we would have never stayed if we were made aware of this issue at check-in.

Amazing location, close to everything. Lovely 'extras' like free ice cream across the way. The room was very well maintained and so unique. Only thing was that there was only one tiny window, my assumption had been that we would have been able to see into the train station. Anyway, a very good experience.

Excellent location next to light rail and rooms are beautiful..elevators were slow and door closes too fast . Bar food was decent and free breakfast was nice

Our favorite hotel to stay at for one night or more in Denver. Very nice wheelchair accessible rooms. Good breakfast with something for everyone. The outdoor courtyard pool is enjoyable and private. Very nice and accommodating staff!

Very good cocktail selection with earthy options.
