“Breakfast was okay. Room was small because of 2 double beds but beds were very comfortable. Would be good if the bathroom fan and light were not on same switch so that you don't cool off while bathing.”

“Great staff very friendly. Room was a large suite which was perfect for my 4 year old son to have a lot of room to move about. Definitely would stay there again”

“Very clean rooms”

“Very welcoming! Have been booking many stays, always happy to return.”

“I wish there were USB chargers”

“We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back.”

“Nice”

“Las habitaciones están sucias y no limpian diariamente. Si pides que limpien la habitación, solamente tienden la cama y acomodan las toallas. Cuando fui a quejarme me dijeron que es mi culpa porque no especifiqué que quería que limpiaran también los pisos :S”

“Needs to improve the clean service on the common áreas of the hotel”
