“Stayed 4 nights, restaurant experience was very expensive for what you got. Lack of staff serving at the bar. Took 30 minutes for staff member to get new bottle of proceso. It would have been helpful if we had been told there was filming happening as well on one of the days. It felt at times with the film crew guests were in the way”

“Great welcome, lovely room with luxury extras like chocolate and toiletries. Hosts were so helpful, I struggled with the heat so they ensured our room was kept cool and gave me a beach brolly to use. The location was good, not too near centre but an easy 20 minute walk to the seafront and shops. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were fab, will definitely be returning.”

“We have just got back from our one night stay at RobinHill Hotel. We had two four bed rooms as we went to see a show at the Princess Theatre. Firstly the owner Erica and her staff were excellent. Super welcome. Hospitality second to none. The rooms were very comfortable cosy and clean. The breakfast was fabulous. We could not fault this hotel on anything. Even the location was perfect. “This lovely old inn/B&B is in an excellent location in the middle of Bovey Tracey. Our room, a twin, was really clean and plenty big enough. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast is great with lots of choice and we also ate in the pub in the evenings and the food was lovely. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Lovely, spacious rooms, environment considered (no silly plastic cups/shower caps). I saw the pool and jacuzzi water being tested twice whilst we were there. Only thing was that we had to pay for parking, but that was because we booked with a third party. Book with hotel. Breakfast lovely, maybe a few more pastry/bread choices needed.”

“The Villa Marina is run by two of the most wonderful people you could ever meet. Vince and Erwan were amazing hosts who would do anything to ensure you had a wonderful stay. The hotel is super clean, the breakfasts ensured lunch may not be required! A location not far from the sea or town centre and an overall lovely atmosphere.
