“I had the bad idea to left my wheelchair at home, I just took my walker with me (bad idea). I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel, they were absolutely kind and helpful. I knew there was a lift, but I didn't know there is something to help people who need assistance to overcome the entrance. Once I arrived upstairs I was breathless, and they were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't help me because they were busy with other customers, and they didn't see me until it was too late. The...
