“Un excelente servicio, desde la recepción y todo el personal del hotel.”

“OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great.”

“Stayed at one of their beautiful and uniquely design luxury bedroom, absolutely loved it. The bar downstairs is great and very cosy, they aeved great choices for breakfast and the staff were helpful and nice. Would stay again.”

“The hotel is very well run and the hosts are very helpful. The rooms are a decent size. Although it took a while for the water to warm up in the shower. I acknowledge that this is beyond the owner’s control, but my second floor room overlooked a junction and the traffic was noisy . At about 4am a lorry collected the empty glass bottles. The noise of the crash as the glass shattered was shocking. Avoid a roadside room on a Wednesday morning….if you want undisturbed sleep.”

“Excelente. Limpieza sobresaliente, comodidad del hotel excelente. Lo único un poco flojo el desayuno pero aceptable. En general excepcional.”

“Such a nice place to stay and very beautifully antique yet modern. The view of the castle was amazing from our room and it was a nice walk through the quaint town to visit the castle. Breakfast was great and so nice that it was included. Dinner was very good too.”

There are several comfortable seating areas of various sizes and styles. The restaurant is very large and the food and service is very good. The breakfasts are particularly enjoyable with a plentiful range for self-service. The outdoor swimming pool was heated, despite it being October when we stayed there. There is also a small indoor pool...

“When we arrived at the hotel we found the car park easy to find, then followed the signs for reception. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, we were quickly checked in. Then directed to our room, which was very nice, warm and comfortable with a massive bed. It was all very clean and tidy. The only problem was at first we had no hot water but that was quickly rectified. We were soon settled in, then it was time to get some dinner, this was the only thing that we found disappointing...
