“We could not gain entry to the hotel since we were not told how to do so at check in. This resulted in us sleeping on our friends floor. When we arrived the next morning and told the staff this they simply told us to refer to their T&Cs. I mentioned that I had not read them and expecting any paying guest to do so was not realistic. The staff were not sympathetic or helpful about this matter.”

“La estancia fue de una sola noche, pero cómoda y buena cena en el restaurante, el personal muy amable y todo limpio .”
