“The place was very rundown we had no plug in bathroom sink, it was very noisy at night, no hair dryer, only one towel and the room needed decorating. The room wasn't serviced.We had to go and ask for tea bags and milk ect.”

“The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!”

We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there.
