“Firstly, the staff were lovely. I was travelling with my disabled mum and noted when booking we would need a ground floor room. We booked a "suite" with a bed for two and a bed for one so that we would have enough space to manoeuvre. Unfortunately we hadn't been given a room on the ground floor but this was quickly rectified. “Lovely hotel. In a fantastic location right by the entrance of Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Worth paying the extra for a room at the back looking out over the Maned Wolves and Lar Gibbons. We loved watching the animals from our room. Beds were comfy, shower was great and the toiletries smelt lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
