“Is a small cozy hotel. The room was confortable and big enough. The bathroom was ok, a bit small. The decoration is old style. the only negatives is that is too expensive for what it is, it takes 10 minutes walking pushing the troller through cobrestones, and does not have a reception room per se. Also I was placed next to the reception stand and was a bit noisy. But I guess that is what it takes to stay in the beautifull old city of kotor. The breakfast, as in all Montenegro, huge.”

“Great location in amazing surroundings. The amenities need a bit of care (door handles falling off ) and some additions. The name 'Deluxe Rooms' is misleading. It was more like a hostel with bare bones rooms and the washroom (which was great !) across from a public hallway. The breakfast was good, but nescafe' is not a good start to the day.”

El desayuno bien pero se habia acabado bastante comida y no quedaba sitio para sentarse al llegar y tocó esperar. La piscina estuvo los dos días sin poder usarse por mantenimiento y la impresora igual”

“Room wasn’t ready - it took three hours to take a shower. Mold in shower. Towel racks missing. Fixture to hol shower head missing. Heard scurrying sounds o I’ve the ceiling ”

“Excellent value. Great location. Helpful staff. Since it is located in the heart of the Kotor old city, where GPS doesn’t work as well, you may have to inquire about the property location from the local retailers to find it. Best thing is to call the host when you get in the vicinity of the property.”

“Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent.
