Clean rooms and excellent staff.

The carpet was is terrible, it felt wet the entire time we stayed in the room. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable, I do not recommend the rooms with the sofa bed, they should just put another Queen bed or just update the furniture. The tv has basic cable and does not a smart tv, so you can’t even sign on to YouTube or Netflix. The tv stopped working in the middle of the week so the tvs are old. The pool was false advertising, it’s NOT a heated pool, the pool was cold. They don’t have any amenities, the only benefit was that it was close by for business, but you don’t have much of a choice in the town. Overall I felt safe, other hotels in town stay at your risk, you might get your tires slashed, the town doesn’t like outsiders. If you can get something else it would be much better.

Hygrade is an outstanding hotel. The rooms, decor and hospitality are first class. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location in center of town as well. Highly recommend.

The coffee machine was fantastic. You could het lattes and cappuccinos,etc. The room was very spacious and clean. The walk in shower was wonderful. The only downside was outdoor pool was not uncovered and not accessible. Not sure why.
