Very pleased with the hotel and the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful Felt very safe there with all the security Casino is mostly smoke free and the food is wonderful Rode the Metro to the game. Looking forward to going next year .

Went with my family for the MLB game. Took a while to get checked into a room due to short staffing in the housekeeping department. They provide a shuttle to and from the baseball games and had a blast at the casino

Solid hotel. Good location if interested in downtown St Louis activities. Not the best amenities. Nothing really near the hotel. Convenient and good if staying for purpose. Property was ok for the price. Got to room and found that the toilet didnt work. I reported to the front desk, they came while I was gone and "fixed" it. Got back to the room late to the toilet still not fixed. Had to wait for another maintenence person to come fix it. Hallway carpets are soiled with stains.most of the staff was super friendly.
