“The room was adequate but very dark as the only window looked out on a wall. Needed lights on all the time and no view of the grounds at all. The room also had a somewhat unpleasant smell and absolutely no decor. The bed was okay. Restaurant was okay but pricey. Would have welcomed some lighter dinner choices.”

“Agree entirely with a previous review. Not an hotel, just a B&B with bar and a very limited menu. The proprietess wanted to talk at us. The son, considerably older than 21, came up to us in the bar and said his mother would be with us soon to serve us drinks. Clearly he was not authorized to. Why? So we waited another 5 --10 mins for her to appear. No hot water in room - neither shower nor wash basin.
