“This was a great location for me to visit Galashiels. Its a lovely old manse building with nice clean big rooms and comfy beds. The owners of the guest house were on site, very friendly and welcoming. I had a sound night's sleep and woke to a lovely cooked breakfast with all the trimmings. I couldn't fault my stay. There is plenty parking but lots of free street parking nearby anyway so no issues there. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.”

“Check in was not good. I traveled from a different country and needed wifi to get a code. I had to drive 5 miles to get to a friend to call the owners. The owners were in and out of service so they could only text. When i finally got the proper code. It was 5 flights of steep stairs. It should have been told how many flights of stairs to go with a large suitcase.”

“Convenient location bang in the middle of Selkirk. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant with attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast very good but, at £35 a head, very expensive.”

“What a perfect place to stay. We stayed in one of the two bedroom cottages which was perfect. I could not say a negative thing about the cottage. We only stayed for 2 nights while visiting near bye family. But we will be back for a proper break”

“Nos fustó todo, habitación enorme y preciosa...un poco calurosa pero abriendo la puerta de la terraza perfecto. La cena y desayuno en el alojamiento muy bien también. Fue nuestro último día de viaje por Escocia y la verdad que fue la guinda al viaje”

El restaurante sirve comida de calidad y las raciones son enormes. Nos atendieron estupendamente. La zona es preciosa. Esta vez nuestra estancia tuvo que ser corta pero esperamos volver para disfrutar más tiempo del lugar. ”
