“They leave you waiting for more than 1 hour to check you in because they are "very busy" I am there every weekend and most of the staff at reception is impolite, unavailable and bitter. They cancel your online reservations after you tell them that you will be late (I made the reservation after 5:00 pm for that night) they make you pay again at the hotel and they do not refund the payment for the online reservation that they canceled.”
