Vacations Close To Spring Street Antique Mall

Never got to check in. They booked over our expedia book now pay at property and tried to charge us 5x the price in person. Awful rude staff. No manager around ever seemingly?

Great location, nice people

Traveling with my young daughter - the property is tucked back in a quiet private area. I liked that I was able to lock both screen doors in addition to the front keypad lock for a piece of mind with safety (anywhere I go traveling just the two of us) property was cute, clean, and perfectly located. Parking was easy. My only advice is KCUP coffee pods & additional creamer for my coffee in the morning, so I didn’t have to DoorDash! Otherwise I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel. The staff were all very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Terrible experience. We booked 5 months in advance, and they gave away our larger 1-bedroom suite and replaced it with a simple single room with 2 queen beds. First, they claimed it was due to "a contract they had with OSU hospital," then they blamed third party apps (i.e. Expedia) for over booking the rooms. Then we found that the heat in the room wasn't functioning properly, so we froze all night. There was no hair dryer so had to go to front desk to get one, thought it wasn't working then discovered the outlet was nonfunctional in the bathroom. The free breakfast was terrible, hashbrowns cold and crunchy, fruit was flavorless, and pancakes cold. Will never go here again and in fact would avoid Hyatt wherever we go!

The room was clean, the staff was great. The parking garage is right next door and about 15.00 a night. I did not try the breakfast, however the bar was nice.

Denied my booking claiming hotels.com didn’t send it to them. Front desk staff refused to even acknowledge my confirmation emails, receipts, or other proof of booking and instead just told me to leave and get a refund, leaving me and my wife out in a different state searching for hotels until 3AM. We ended up booking a really dingy motel. I’m confident they accidentally booked over my room before I checked in and the front desk agent didn’t want to take accountability. I had booked it 5 months in advance so I prepare for a weekend event. My first and only 1 star review so do not take this lightly.
