had no heat at 8 pm told would be 240 min for tech to show went to front desk AGAIN requested blankets from housekeeping till tech showed told manager would put top priority went back to room at 11 pm NO blankets tech showed up around 11:15 fixed problem with heat 1 hour later room getting warm Blankets NEVER showed up

not sme room as photos. no robes, no room service. broken elevators, no hot water heaters. poor fridge. bathroom shower not as intended, the top nozzle wasnt even connected, just for show. food lacking. just generally not impressed by the rio at all

I loved this property because it was more on the quieter and upscale side. However, I didn’t like how its stated that if anything on the fridge or in the fridge even appeared to be touched you’d be charged. It made me very reluctant to use certain things for this reason

Self check-in. No Lines. Clean property. Great amenities. 3 pools. Great restaurants. Fast elevators. My only complaint is no fridge in the rooms.
