Vacations Close To Spring Mountain Ranch State Park

I had a really nice experience at this hotel! The stay was comfortable, the service was great, and everything was pleasant from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay!

Loved our entire stay here. Room was immacuate every day, VIP services were super helpful, and the coffee snacks were great every day. the pool area is amazing, with different pools at different temperatures, with some with kids some without. Gets sun basically all day though, so if you'd like shade make sure to get a spot with an umbrella. Gym was super clean and well staffed as well. Will absolutely be coming back.

There was nothing special about the hotel. All similar amenities. Check in was long. Staff not helpful at all. I pre booked and paid extra to secure a room with 2 queens bed. Unfortunately i feel the room was only assigned to me. This option of having room assigned upon arrival is a cheaper option. I paid extra to secure a deluxe room but got a room with double beds and carpet smelling. My child has asthma and we requested a room change. The night front desk team was rude and not putting customers first. The front desk staff told me to leave and she will issue a refund. I travelled and tired and was told they could do nothing. The next day i went again and with insistance was able to change room. Staff still rude and not helpful. I don’t think they care about customers or even care about reviews . I already paid through Expedia for non refundable room so could not do anything. I was stuck. We tried our best to not ruin our vacation. But was heartbroken. I spent time and money for this trip. But the first day you land you get a room smelling and rude front desk! Also the last day we checked out at 11:00 am and our flight was 10:00 pm. We used the hotel services to keep our luggage. They were insisting on tips. At that time i really had no cash. The staff giving me my luggage was disrespectful saying i should tip and he was working free for me. I travelled many countries. Most places baggage storage is free service to clients and tips could be done if you want.
