Shuttle was free and very helpful both ways with a call then having an appointment time for an early morning flight.

This is a nice boutique hotel. It’s a low key setup with no front desk. However, staff is very responsive. They are available by text/call. We loved the experience at the Agency cocktail lounge.

Great place!

Staff was friendly upon check in. Parking is an extra $20 which I think is a bit excessive for the area. I didn’t realize I could have just parked on the street for free. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The a/c worked very well. Would recommend if attending a wedding at the clyborn.

Great location, friendly staff but not crazy about the parking situation. Hotels are taking advantage of guests, the daily parking fee is insane! There were several lots in the surrounding area that was a fraction of what this hotel was charging.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It seems well maintained and well managed. The room was very large with a front area and a bedroom area. Very quiet. The breakfast was great, large selection, great food. The breakfast staff was great. The bartender was great. Every day there are snacks and a couple free drinks in the evening. Plenty of parking and nearby restaurants and shopping. One negative was, on busy mornings the hot water in the shower was not that hot. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby is wonderful, with pleasant and plentiful seating and activities. We were placed into a room for people with disabilities, which we do not have and did not request. The room was very sparsely furnished, which is understandable for the purpose it serves, but lacking the warmth we wanted. The window shades were electronic and did not work well. We were only able to raise the blackout shade about 4 inches, so the room was very dark. The bathroom was fine except for the shower. It had mold on the tile and grout under the showerhead, and after showering it leaked out of the shower basin, through the bathroom, and into the room itself. Overall that room needs some work. The breakfast was average at best, nothing fresh, but nice to have. The 24 hr coffee urns were great. Parking is an issue there, would advise investigating that before booking as everything is at a charge. Good location to walk in the city and get on the expressway.
