“The manager (possibly/probably the owner), I apologize for not knowing, was amazingly friendly as were the other staff members. It was my first day driving in Italy and he noticed I was uncomfortable driving in the small Italy parking lot so he offered to park the car for me (and I accepted). “We did not get the rooms that we booked. We were supposed to have two rooms with a Lakeview and balcony. One room was supposed to have 2 beds and neither did. The staff at the hotel had no resolution and it was already charged to our card.”
