Fantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges.

Great location in Riva

Super location in the center of Riva. Breakfast with via of the lake, short walk to good restaurants and if you, like us, are there with bikes there is a separate garage for them. Service and rooms are excellent and spacious

A gem at the northern edge of Lago Garda

Nice and friendly staff. The room was big and in good condition with AC. The overall standard did however not feel like a 4 star hotel (more like a 3 or 2.5) and the breakfast left some room for improvement, especially the coffee. But we’re happy anyway.

Fantastisk hjælp i forbindelse ankomst. Godt at kunne tale med receptionisten der beroligende kunne fortælle os at vi ikke ville få en bøde selvom vi kørte ind i zone to. Da var vi ankom var hjælpen stadigvæk fantastisk. Gode værelser med aircondition og dejligt badeværelse. Vi kommer igen!

Parkmöglichkeiten war sehr schlecht; das hat uns nicht gefallen und wäre auch der Grund nicht mehr das Hotel zu buchen; Es war jeden Tag eine große Suche einen Parkplatz zu finden, der meist dann auch sehr teuer war.

Good but disappointed.

The hotel is lovely and its location is great. My challenges with the hotel were all about the hidden charges. We stayed here last year and enjoyed free parking, free use of the spa facilities and bikes, etc. This year, because we had booked through Hotels.com and not via the hotels website, we we now being charged for the things we had enjoyed for free the previous year. It seemed very underhand.

Good location - Adequate but not luxurious

Small room overlooking the square. Nothing inherently wrong with it but no frills. E.g. only one bedside table and one drinking glass in a room clearly for two people. Quite noisy outside until late. Breakfast fine, but nothing special. Overall the room was ok for a couple of nights but don’t expect anything else. Think advertising as a four star hotel is pushing it a bit.

Hotel perfetto con personale gentilissimo specialmente ristorazione.l'unica pecca; la colazione in discesa non adatta ai disabili ed in camera cestino senza sacchetto sotto la scrivania ed cestino in bagno in plastica.alcune cortezze da starci dietro e migliorare.il centro welness ed altro enedistente.per il resto struttura non enorme nel centro di riva del garda,ma del lago non si vede nulla.dalla camera si vede; il centro o la strada che porta ai negozzi .nel complesso albergo che deve m8gliorare.ed è un peccato per un 4 stelle che non lo dimostra.

Amazing location, right next to the beautiful waterfront and piazza in Riva del Garda. The beds were comfortable, but our suite was in the "attic" and we had to be careful not to hit our heads while walking around our room. That would have been ok, but the biggest problem is there was zero sound insulation between our room and the next room and hallway, so we were disturbed at all hours by other people talking. Otherwise we would have liked the hotel, but I probably won't stay there again because our sleep was disturbed.
