“Staff were very attentive, polite and explained what needed to know, checked us in very quickly and show to our room. Room was clean and stocked with pkenty of tea, coffee etc. Bed was very comfortable and nice fresh bedding and towels, toiletries were supplied. Food in the restaurant was very nice and a good price and generous portions. ”

“The accommodation was smart, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was of excellent quality, freshly cooked, hot and tailored to whatever were required. The sitting rooms had hot drinks available and provided a comfortable space to relax. I can’t praise the Old Manor House highly enough.”

“The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road.”

“Owner and his son were really helpful. We arrived late and left early, but will come back for a more leisurely stay as it was so welcoming and our room was lovely.”

“Super friendly welcome and room was fine for us - we stayed after a wedding so werent even there that long! room was clean and shower was hot, breakfast was lovely and served by a super helpful and friendly housekeeper. ”
