Southfield Vacations

This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. Getting a whole lot more bang for your buck with the villa booking. The property manager, Mr Davy, was very kind and attentive from the moment I landed, and stayed in touch even after I landed back home to make sure I made it back to my destination safely. He's always a quick whatsapp message or a phone call away if you need anything. The area is very quiet, and the villa was spotless. Highly recommend!

Pool and entertainment staff were good. Bar tenders at pool bar were friendly just very slow and many times would have to go to another bar to get alcohol. Restaurants I would give a 2 out of 5. Many not open in evening, the buffet was nothing special, fruit was always warm, no air in any of the restaurants except coffee shop. Ice cream shop and bowling alley were a nice extra. Did not like that they had so many extra things there but you had to pay an additional cost. Alcohol was very limited at all bars, and bartenders only knew very basic drinks . Free room service had a very limited menu unless you wanted to pay extra. Rooms were also 2 out of 5. Resort is only 5 years old and so many things were broken, not working or band aided together.

if you are interested in fun hotel and looking forward for a mix of relax and hyped environment, this is your hotel.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff

Excellent resort! Beautiful property, amazing food, friendly staff, and outstanding service. The beach and pools were gorgeous, and the adults-only atmosphere made it perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend Excellence Oyster Bay for an unforgettable vacation! Would definitely return!
