“Had a difficult time getting into the building. Code would not work. Finally a lady that lives in the building let us in. After reaching out to the host, we were able to get into the apartment. The place looked just like the picture on the app, it was clean. The problem was the two of us only had 1 clean bath towel. The rest of the towels and the sheets from the prior occupant, we’re in the washer/dryer combo, damp and stinky. The hosts cleaning ladies obviously did not do their job well.”

We booked 3 other places on this trip and didn't have that problem with the others, nor have I ever with my past bookings. That said, the cabin was very nice and we had a great time there.”
