I was under the impression that there would be a washer and dryer in the unit but we were told that we would have to go outside of the resort to wash our clothes. “We couldn’t use the safe as it wasn’t listed as an amenity for the property. Something was burnt on the bottom of the oven and it smelled when it was used. They did respond well to messages and provided help when we realized the dryer didn’t work. They came in and fixed it right away.”
