Le petit déjeuner est complet et bons, je tiens à remercier tout le personnel pour l’attention pour mon anniversaire et à la femme de chambre. ”

“Leider würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Wasserfleck und die Verdunklungsvorhänge waren teilweise beschädigt und hatten Löcher. Insgesamt hatten wir leider den Eindruck, dass sich zu wenig um die Pflege und den Zustand des Hotels gekümmert wird. Auch das Personal haben wir als wenig herzlich erlebt. Ein freundliches „Guten Morgen“ kam leider kaum. Der Bademeister saß während unserer Zeit am Pool häufig am Telefon, was auf uns nicht besonders aufmerksam...

“Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore.
