From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The resort is absolutely stunning and beautiful, and I can’t speak highly enough about the pool and the beds. The DJ that played there was top-notch in the music was creating an amazing vibe and not overpowering of the scene The rooms were clean and spacious and quiet. They filled the fridge with water and refreshments and came by daily to check if we needed anything. They had a shuttle that they offered that would take you to town that was 15-year-olds but if you want to tour the area, I recommend renting a car but be mindful that they drive on the other side of the road and the driver is on the other side of the car I’m appreciative that we went when we did because I expect it to be much more pricey next year Among all of the places around the world that we’ve traveled, this would be one of the top places that we stayed It was worth every penny All the stuff was amazing and the included breakfast was fantastic, including a buffet and an à la carte menu The food menu for eating around the pool, I’m not gonna lie, was a little pricey, but the food was great and the service is amazing Special shout out to staff member Ramsey. He was unbelievable

Amazing two night stay, staff were amazing and attentive, we were celebrating engagement and got engaged at the sunset and then came back to hotel. The hotel decorated the room as per requirements. Will be coming back soon and recommending our friends and family

Overall Aya Resort is a beautiful place to stay in Cyprus. I had an accident at the hotel and I found the staff to be clueless in handling the situation, I had to literally ask for help/ compensation etc. However I put this down to a lack of experience. When something happens you’d expect the hotel to go above and beyond in making it up to a guest particularly as it was their fault. I hope they learn from this, where I felt like I had to beg. It was very unbecoming. Saying this the hotel grounds were beautiful and clean, we had an incredible room, and they did put together a lovely celebration for me as it was also my birthday. Other points to note: Housekeeping was inconsistent - there was a stain on our bedsheets and they didn’t replace it they just flipped it over. I had to physically ask for it to be changed. They’d Sometimes not give us towels or replacement face cloths. However when flagged they were really helpful and moved quickly to make it right. Majority of the staff were lovely! Big shoutout to Ramzy who started us off with feeling really welcome. The food and drinks at the hotel are overpriced. I’m sorry but for what they are the prices are not justified. We had sushi that tasted a little off, and I had a paloma that cost €16!! €16 - this isn’t London. And a non-alcoholic mojito that costs €9. A Caesar salad cost €22, I would eat outside. Also they are really arsey about bringing drinks from local supermarket around the pool (they will tell you off)!

The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The decor, facilities and amenities are incredible, and you can really see the level of care that goes into maintaining everything. The attention given to the sunbeds, They are deep-cleaned every morning. They use a carpet-cleaning machine on them every day, which I thought was an excellent touch. A few members of staff really stood out and helped make our stay feel extra special: Arturo from the restaurant team, Ramzy from the porters team, and Violetta from Guest Relations. All three were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful, and their service really made a difference. The breakfast is delicious, with a huge variety, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We also had our own private pool, which we spent most of our time enjoying. I appreciated how easy it was to access both the private pool and the main pool directly from our room, giving us the flexibility to enjoy either depending on what we fancied. We were also celebrating two special occasions during our stay. Unfortunately, these weren’t picked up on at the time, despite having been mentioned before and during check-in. The team were very apologetic once this was mentioned and arranged a surprise for us in the room a few days later, which we really appreciated. One thing worth bearing in mind is that is a lively resort with DJs playing every day. This gives the resort a great atmosphere but it but it may be worth considering if you’re looking for a quiet chilled hol

Amazing room with a hot tub and great pool view. The head porter was extremely kind and provided such great service. The staff at breakfast were also so kind and make the extra effort. The pool experience was amazing, would highly recommend and made the birthday celebration 10x better

The facility is amazing. Both the room and other facilities. Try not to take recommendations from the staff. They sent us to average minus places. They don’t have an arrangement for taking a shower before the flight, which is disappointing after such a great vacation with them. They also don’t have a gym which is basic today.
