“It says buffet break fast. But no breakfast was provided. Then they brought it from some outside restaurant. They don’t have a restaurant. The rooms are also not great. ”

“Muy buen cuarto, buen desayuno, detalles no coumunes de comfort en el cuarto. Alta calidad de atencion del personal en general. Ubicacion mas bien aislada, pero lo hace tranquilo. De facil acceso al aeropuerto y a ciudades proximas, ya que queda cercano a autopista, y a 1 km de estacion de trenes”

“Although I had already booked my room they tried to divert me to another room type saying that what I booked was not available. I had to stand firm and argue to get the room of the choice that I had booked. Cleanliness can be improved as well.”

“I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. ”

“What a wonderful and confortable stay at Sangam hotel. The pool area was set in a nice garden, perfect to beat Thanjavur Heat. The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast offered a large selection of options. The staff was friendly and really helpful. I had an issue with my taxi that didnt show up and without hesitation one reception staff went above and beyond to sort everything and got me a taxi from the same outstation company. Something that would never happen in Europe. Highly...
