“Excellent”

“Property says that the booking is not visible to them and no room was allocated since all rooms were booked, struggled with 6 month baby to find another property, trying with Expedia customer care to get the refund and didn't get updates from them. Really had a worst experience with the booking.”

The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast offered a large selection of options. The staff was friendly and really helpful. Something that would never happen in Europe. Highly...

“Staff was very willing to be of service”

“👍”

“Staff was very courteous and did the best they could but the place was poorly staffed. Restaurant was insufficiently staffed and did not offer menu items for dinner - instead offered a some items verbally to choose from. Room was not lighted well, insufficient towels, liquid soap bottles unmarked. Coffee machine was there but no coffee. Overall not a pleasant experience - it was far from being a luxury hotel and overpriced for what the hotel offered.”

“Good value for money. ”
