Fraudulent listing, filthy rooms, and hostile owner avoid at all costs This place should not be allowed on Hotels.com. The listing is outright deceptive. The location shown online is false, and after we arrived, the owner came and forcibly took us to a completely different property. This was never disclosed and felt like a bait-and-switch scam. The ownerโ€™s behavior was aggressive, rude, and intimidating. There was zero professionalism, zero customer service, and no respect for guests. The room conditions were disgusting. The heater barely functioned, making the stay miserable. The room and toilet were filthy, unhygienic, and clearly not cleaned. Basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance were completely ignored. This was not a hotel experience, it was chaos and deception. Misleading advertising, unacceptable hygiene, and abusive service. Do not book this place under any circumstances.
