The hotel itself was lovely. Perfectly located & central to most of downtown Charleston. We found the pool area to be quite busy during the week & also the staff to always seem slightly rude and inconvenienced whenever being served at the pool. We stayed in one of the suites and although it was large and extremely spacious, the floors were scuffed and the cupboards in the kitchenette were off their hinges. The hotel could be better maintained.

The parking was the only complaint but we knew ahead of time. Only valet. We had to call ahead for the car and it took a bit

all was good and entertaing the pool and the views sunset was really enjoyable the staff look at their phones and do not pay attention on their surroundings
