The hotel is currently under very new management. It shows. While the staff is terrific, the management of key processes is random. When we signed into our room our television had been unplugged. The refrigerator had been taken outside of the furniture cabinet and was sitting on the floor.
Our phone had loose connections and regularly shut down mid-conversation. The new management has eliminated ALL room service meals. one can go to the restaurant and order a take-out meal. We did that. The meals were delicious and the chef is very congenial! Our room HVAC system had a mind of its own. It would regularly switch from cooling to heating even though we didn’t touch the thermostat. If the new management is able to retain their outstanding staff, this hotel stands a good chance at successfully remediating all of these operating system problems. Otherwise, IMHO, this place is doomed.
