“Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. ”

“We booked three nights here and had a great stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean - there are eco options on room cleaning which we liked. The spa was a treat for a great massage (Karen was my masseuse.) My sister came up ill on our last stay and reception desk was able to extend our stay a fourth night even while booked up. “There was a little confusion at check in about which rooms we had been assigned, but it was resolved quickly. The restaurant was not open for dinner on the night that we stayed at Clancy’s, but it was only a few km to find a place to eat. The rooms were very quiet and everything worked well. Breakfast was included and we requested to have it at 7:30. They were not able to accommodate that, but made it for 8:00 and it was excellent. ”
