Loved our short stay at the Riverside Hotel, especially our room right on the river. Staff was great. Food and drink were good. Be aware though that there is no A/C. Rooms do have a small oscillating fan, but it can get quite warm.

I had 2 rooms for my wife and 2 teenage kids. Very clean , centrally-located with rooms that had lovely river views and a great restaurant for breakfast. The town beds were on the smaller side and the amenities pretty basic but a terrific value given the low cost of the rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking was not obvious but on walking in, the staff were helpful and friendly from the first moment. We got useful info about the area, the dining options, parking, everything. The hotel itself is the best we stayed at in the whole west side of Ireland. If we are back in the area, we will be back there.
