We arrived at the property earlier than expected … Arthur who was at the front was very welcoming .. informed us there was Ripples cafe just off of the bar and we could make ourselves comfortable until our room were ready. The cafe was clean, comfy and had great food and service.. when we checked in Erin was at the guest service desk and she was lovely too hotel room rooms are spacious, cozy and a great view of the river … very clean .. Arthur, Erin and Sean were absolutely amazing … my brother and I had a wonderful time … and will definitely be back

Fantastic Hotel in a great location.

The staff at check where great, hasle free check in, very nice, there was no parking left in there car park, that was not a problem as the staff told me about car parks 2 minutes walk away, €3 parking for the day, the hotel is in a great location, its within walking distance to everything, I'll be staying again.

This is a great hotel in Sligo in a great location. The arrangement to park at the church for €2 is a brilliant idea. Great place to stay of visiting knock as not too far away.

I like the view in the hotel. I felt very safe there and the food was delicious there. However, I didn’t like how there was no air conditioning or a fridge in your room to keep your food in it.

Quite visible layers of dust on the wall by the bed . Three flying ants or some other kind of insect in our room. Beds were decent and cafe was good for breakfast . It was a very average hotel in a good location but with a heftier than average price tag. Best shower pressure we’ve had so far in almost 10 days in Ireland !

Stayed one night, spacious room bed was comfortable. The pictures make the rooms look a lot nicer (seems like a common occurrence throughout our travels in Ireland). Shower was nice. Staff was really helpful and nice. Parking lot was very small- found paid street parking. Did not go to the restaurant/bar onsite but the cafe was nice in the morning. Hotel is walking distance to town felt safe walking back late at night.

Nice Hotel, good location

Upon arrival, I received a friendly welcome, and check-in was quick and easy. The room is a good size, very clean, and the bed is comfortable. Free parking is available nearby, and it's just a short walk to the city center, where there are many restaurants and bars.
