The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, and the breakfast offerings were delicious. The parking lot was full by the time we checked in (10pm), and there was no way to pull up to the door to unload, but we were able to walk our luggage from the back of the parking lot without much problem.

It was a nice hotel, but there was no parking and I was asked to park between two cars that were using the disabled spot and I was with my disable uncle. The next day I woke up with my car vandalized by a person staying at the hotel. I guess the hotel needs more parking lots. Besides that it was a really good stay.

I can’t remember the last time I slept so well at a hotel. The rooms were always clean, the staff was very helpful, parking was never an issue and the proximity to a lot of what downtown had to offer was super accessible. I would recommend to anyone, what a great overall experience.

Good value for a property not on the beach. The shelf under the bathroom sink had not been cleaned. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate but a slim selection. Once again you get what you pay for so this was still a good value.

I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was great, bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is good and about a 10-15 minute drive to Fort Walton beach and pier depending on traffic. Nice pool also. The only thing I didn't care for was my upstairs neighbors sounded like a heard of elephants every night. The floors sound thin. But other than that it was great.

Checked into a dirt room. They moved me to a clean room. I stayed here for 9 days. Cleaning staff came in once. I needed to ask for towels a few times and I took out the trash to a dumpster myself. The elevator safety certificate was expired. I searched for 9 or above ratings, I would give this place a 5. Location is great. Parking was easy and available. Breakfast was typical of a hotel. Room size was smaller than a typical 2 queen size bed room. Wifi was slow. No smart TV. Staff were friendly, but I couldn’t wait to get out of there by the end of my stay, dogs barking woke me up on my last day and I ended up leaving at 4AM. I would say it’s a ok place to stay for a night or a weekend but not an extended visit.

Overall, my stay was great. The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. The only other downside is there isn’t a huge amount of parking so if you get to the hotel later at night, all the parking spots are usually filled. The beds are firm, but I like a firm bed. They are very good about making sure that you have clean towels every day and taking out your trash. The little convenience store they have in the lobby is fairly priced for the most part compared to other places.
