“My sister and I love coming to the Lincoln Hotel and have stayed over the course of many years. This time our visit was especially good, largely in part because the staff on Reception were so courteous, welcoming and efficient. They really went the extra mile for us, enabling my sister, who has mobility issues, to move around the hotel stress-free. They were truly amazing. “Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”
