This was a horrible experience we actually never stayed at hotel because where they said they were they werent. And not knowing the state/area we cancelled because they listed 15 hours free cancellation. They never returned my money and when called the desk clerk was VERY RUDE. mgr never returned my call. Overall a good place to stay for a reasonable rate these days, especially when looking to make a quick trip to the mountains without having to come back home same day. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I rated this lower due to the beds being pretty firm, we didn't sleep super great. But you get what you pay for!
