Vacations Close To Silver Springs State Park

Let start with, I do not leave reviews often, and never negative until now. We were placed on the 18th floor, the elevators were always slow to arrive. The water pressure in shower was horrible, very light. The toilet could barely flush regardless if anything in it or not, and the overall condition (dirty grout and caulk) of the bathroom was average at best, needs upgrading. The king mattress was extremely firm to point it was uncomfortable, and also had a significant valley in center which was troublesome. The pillows were ok, but woke up every morning with an allergy type feeling due to them. The room was close to elevators so the noise was also inconvenient as well as air conditioning noise from above the room. Paying $34/day to park when staying at the hotel is absurd, and there wasn't even a place for complimentary coffee, you had to buy Starbucks or go to Cafe. The pool was nice, no issues there, and the fitness center was also decent. Overall, not happy with this hotel, and would never recommend.

Great location very clean and quiet

While the hotel itself is dated the amenities onsite were very convenient. The pool is excellent though they need to pressure wash the walks. I recommend getting a day bed or cabana as those were very enjoyable. Primo and knife and spoon on site were excellent and I’d recommend dinning at those. Breakfast at Citron was okay which is fine because you don’t have to go of site, Highball at the Ritz was better. You are welcome at the Ritz pool. Take advantage of the onsite sports options such as bikes. We enjoyed a nice long ride and the staff that gave us the bikes were great. Over all great stay.
