“This is definitely an old historic home. It has not been extremely well maintained and could use some TLC and some updates. However we found it mostly comfortable and adequate for our 2 night stay as far as the sleeping and actual house was concerned. The house is gated and it's a good thing because it's located in what I would considered to be a not so safe neighborhood surrounded by run down apartment complexes and houses. “There was hair in the bed, the upholstered chairs were blackened from dirt, and the walls and floor were very dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying there, so I left and found a hotel downtown. I have not been refunded.”
